    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.54 points to 1,743.01.

    Volume was 113.43 million lots worth RM67.4 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 126 to 96.
