    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.11 points to 1,687.16.

    Volume was 39.97 million lots worth RM20.83 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 106 to 40.
