MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.48 points to 1,848.85.

Volume was 114.9 million lots worth RM31.04 million.

Losers outnumbered gainers 115 to 70.
