Malaysia: Shares open higher on Wednesday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.12 points, or 0.36 per cent, to 1,429.09 as at 9.03am.

    Volume was 252.71 million lots worth about RM97.19 million. Gainers beat losers 191 to 109.
