    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.23 points or 0.15 per cent to 1443.58 as at 9.12 am.

    Volume was 231.04 million lots worth RM62.59 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 169 to 115.
