    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 7.15 points or 0.50 per cent to 1,447.96 as at 9.10 am.

    Volume was 205.27 million lots worth RM71.98 million. Losers outnumbered gainers 166 to 147.
