Malaysia: Shares open higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.51 points, or 0.03 per cent, to 1,610.45 as at 9.05am.
Volume was 511.99 million lots worth about RM199.84 million. Gainers beat losers 240 to 113.
