    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.12 points to 1,682.99 at 9am.

    Volume was 55.62 million lots worth RM36.13 million.

    Gainers beat losers 92 to 45.
