    Malaysia share prices rose on Wednesday morning with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.42 points to 1,728.28 points.

    Volume was 61 million lots worth RM30.2 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 127 to 80.
