Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday
MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 8.26 points or 0.55 per cent to 1,499.45 as at 9.12 am.
Volume was 272.76 million lots worth RM98.54 million. Losers outnumbered gainers 209 to 116.
