Malaysia shares open lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.12 points to 1,790.48 at 9.03am.
Volume was 92.58 million lots worth RM37.55 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 127 to 53.
