    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 8.20 points or 0.52 per cent to 1,574.78 as at 9.02 am.

    Volume was 106.62 million lots worth about RM58.30 million. Losers beat gainrs 336 to 40.
