Malaysia: Shares open lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 3.88 points or 0.24 per cent to 1,585.13 as at 9.08 am.

Volume was 187.33 million lots worth about RM87.88 million. Losers beat gainers 201 to 150.
