Malaysia: Shares open lower on Monday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.420 points to 1714.360.

    Volume was 46.46 million lots worth RM17.16 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 144 to 63.
