    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.22 points or 0.14 per cent to 1,544.54 as at 9.07 am.

    Volume was 185.4 million lots worth RM62.2 million. Gainers outnumbered losers 204 to 157.
