    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.56 points or 0.17 per cent to 1,463.24 as at 9.12 am.

    Volume was 190.80 million lots worth RM78.87 million. Losers outnumbered gainers 246 to 117.
