Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 4.66 points or 0.31 per cent to 1,512.94 as at 9.15 am.

    Volume was 313.84 million lots worth about RM160.66 million. Losers outnumbered gainers 347 to 122.
