MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down by 10.2 points, or 0.6 per cent, to 1,580.4 as at 9.02am.
Volume was 297.7 million lots worth about RM78.1 million. Gainers beat losers 174 to 162.
