MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Thursday (Oct 28) with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.05 points or 0.1 per cent to 1,581.03 as at 9.15 am.

Volume was 79.8 million lots worth about RM29.1 million (S$9.5 million). Losers beat gainers 147 to 122.
