Malaysia: Shares open lower on Wednesday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 6.05 points, or 0.40 per cent, to 1,494.21 as at 9.07am.

    Volume was 328.12 million lots worth about RM143.05 million. Losers outnumbered gainers 408 to 75.
