Malaysia: Shares open lower on Wednesday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.92 points, or 0.12 per cent, to 1,572.10 as at 9.04am.

    Volume was 247.79 million lots worth about RM126.55 million. Gainers outnumbered losers 169 to 100.
