Malaysia: Shares open lower on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.90 points, or 0.16 per cent, to 1,795.82 as at 9.03am.
Volume was 58.69 million lots worth RM28.69 million.
Gainers and losers were almost evenly matched by 91 to 88 respectively.
