    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.39 points to 1,767.75.

    Volume was 257.98 million lots worth RM54.33 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 116 to 110.
