    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.24 points to 1,748.11.

    Volume was 221.42 million lots worth RM68.4 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 134 to 89.
