Malaysia: Shares open lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 5.09 points or 0.32 per cent to 1,563.49 as at 9.15am.
Volume was 230.5 million lots worth RM104.1 million (S$34.1 million).
Gainers beat losers 235 to 131.
