Malaysia: Shares open lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.46 points, or 0.10 per cent, to 1,492.97 as at 9.04am.
Volume was 227.27 million lots worth about RM97.93 million. Gainers beat losers 285 to 79.
