    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 3.55 points to 1779,79 at 9am.

    Volume was 26.43 million lots worth RM11.84 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 77 to 52.
