    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 4.42 points or 0.30 per cent to 1,464.80 as at 9.12 am.

    Volume was 216.82 million lots worth RM71.22 million. Losers outnumbered gainers 145 to 123.
