    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.97 points to 1,721.50.

    Volume was 18.63 million lots worth RM9.81 million.

    Gainers and losers were even at 55 each.
