    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 5.580 points to 1631.270.

    Volume was 28.4 million lots worth RM8.68 million.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 72 to 52.
