Malaysia: Shares open lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.19 points to 1,709.05.
Volume was 118.95 million lots worth RM45.64 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 150 to 78.
