    MALAYSIA share prices open lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.540 points to 1691.100.

    Volume was 64.9 million lots worth RM30.5 million.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 120 to 105.
