    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.85 points to 1,667.09 at 9.01am.

    Volume was 193.91 million lots worth RM51.61 million.

    Losers beat gainers 91 to 77.
