Malaysia: Shares open lower on Wednesday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.48 points to 1,853.51 as at 9am.

    Volume was 25.97 million lots worth RM9.47 million.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 81 to 56.
