Malaysia: Shares open lower on Wednesday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 5.45 points or 0.37 per cent to 1,452.43 as at 9.17 am.

    Volume was 342.22 million lots worth RM155.07 million. Losers outnumbered gainers 193 to 161.
