    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 10.00 points or 0.70 per cent to 1,416.08 as at 9.08 am.

    Volume was 212.53 million lots worth RM73.37 million. Losers outnumbered gainers 210 to 73.
