Malaysia: Shares open lower on Wednesday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 8.57 points to 1794.76.

    Volume was 27.74 million lots worth RM13.32 million.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 136 to 47.
