    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.670 points to 1623.330.

    Volume was 25.66 million lots worth RM15 million.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 97 to 77.
