Malaysia: Shares open sharply lower on Friday
MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 71.63 points or 5.05 per cent to 1,347.80 at 9.05am.
Volume was 245.24 million lots worth RM91.14 million. Losers beat gainers 576 to 25.
