Malaysia: Shares open slightly higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices inched slightly higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.46 point, or 0.03 per cent to 1,610.55 as at 9.02am.
Volume was 49.6 million lots worth about RM15.6 million.
Losers beat gainers 84 to 61.
