Malaysia: Shares rise at Monday's open

MALAYSIA share prices started trading on higher ground on Monday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.15 points or 0.3 per cent to 1,645.32 as at 9.19am.
Volume traded was 335.7 million lots worth RM75.1 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 268 to 86.
