    Malaysia share prices rose on Tuesday morning with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.37 points to 1,734.13 points.

    Volume was 66.4 million lots worth RM24.9 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 162 to 71.
