Malaysia: Stocks end 3.8 points lower

    Malaysian shares closed lower on Tuesday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index slipping 3.87 points to 1,626.

    Some 2.69 billion lots, valued at RM6.7 billion were traded. Losers outnumbered gainers 434 to 356.
