Malaysia: Stocks open lower on Thursday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 4.71 points to 1,720.85.

    Volume was 72.9 million lots worth RM15 million as at 9.03am.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 90 to 71.
