Mapletree Commercial Trust's Q1 DPU up 3.1%

MAPLETREE Commercial Trust posted a 3.1 per cent year-on-year increase in distribution per unit (DPU) to 2.01 Singapore cents for its first quarter ended June 30, 2015. It paid out 1.95 Singapore cents per unit one year ago.

Gross revenue rose by 1.6 per cent to S$69.7 million, driven by positive contributions from portfolio properties and a reduction in property operating expenses.
