Shanghai: Stocks open 0.73% higher

[SHANGHAI] Chinese stocks opened 0.73 per cent higher Wednesday, rebounding from a more than 11 per cent plunge in the past three sessions as concerns over another market rout ease.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index rose 26.82 points to 3,689.82.
The Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, added 1.31 per cent, or 27.69 points, to 2,139.39.
