Singapore shares close 0.12% lower

SHARE prices in the Singapore bourse closed lower with the key Straits Times Index falling 4.09 points or 0.12 per cent to 3,513.85.

Some 2.2 billion shares worth S$1.5 billion were done versus Wednesday's 2.09 billion shares worth S$2.09 billion as losers outpaced gainers with 268 counters down and 144 counters up.
