Singapore: Shares end higher

SINGAPORE shares end higher on Wednesday.
The Straits Times Index gained 9.55 points to 3,417.57.
Some 1.22 billion shares, valued at S$1.3 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 220 while losers numbered 203.
