Singapore: Shares open higher on Friday

    SINGAPORE share prices opened higher on Friday with the Straits Times Index up 20.04 points to 3,390.33.

    Volume was 74.8 million shares worth S$75 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 115 to 42.
