Singapore: Shares open up on Thursday

SINGAPORE share prices opened up on Thursday with the Straits Times Index up 5.53 points to 3,331.69.
Volume was 45.1 million shares worth S$78.9 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 72 to 53.
